ALBERT RAMOS
RTS Manager

Albert Ramos joined Dreamline Aviation's in Line Service in 2013. In 2016, Ramos enrolled in the NVOC Aviation Mechanic Program & started as an apprentice mechanic.
In 2018, he graduated from NVOC and attained an A&P license. From 2019- 2022 he worked under Part 135 as a Maintenance Controller for DLA. In 2022, Ramos became the RTS Manager/ Chief Inspector.

BILL BARRETT

Bill Barrett has over four decades of experience in aircraft maintenace and repair station management. Mr. Barrett joined Dreamline Aviation in 2018 as Lead Turbopop Technician. Prior to this, Bill served as lead technician and station manager for a large West Coast Repair Station.
Mr. Barrett worked for Beechcraft for over three decades where he earned the reputation as one of the nation’s leading mechanics and troubleshooters for King Air aircraft.
He holds numerous awards from the FAA and the aviation industry.

Albert Gil attended NVOC Aircraft Mechanic Technician program and has spent 6 years working as a licensed A&P technician in the line maintenance and repair station environment.

JOSE CHEVEZ
Aircraft Mechanic

Jose Chevez went to NVOC aviation school for 2 1/2 years. He has worked for Jet tech for roughly 18 years. Chevez spent 2 years as lead mechanic for RTS.

KEVIN MILLER
Apprentice Mechanic

Kevin Miller's aviation career started in September 1976 fueling and towing corporate jets at Airsearch Aviation LAX until 1991 where he got his A&P license. Kevin then transferred into the hangar as an A&P mechanic and worked on several corporate jets.
After one year, he then transferred into the engine shop where he specialized on doing NPI and CZI's on all Honeywell engines. Miller worked on TFE 731's and CFE 738 until 2004 when he joined the mobile service team. He traveled worldwide repairing Honeywell engines and doing engine R&R on various types of aircraft until 2017. Kevin has been a mobile reserve representative for other companies and has been working with standard aero for 45 years.

RICHARD RUSSELL
Mechanic

Mr. Russell has over three decades experience in aviation maintenance. Richard is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant technician who has performed maintenance, repair, and inspections on a wide range of business jets, turboprops, and piston aircraft.
Prior to joining RTS, Mr. Russell worked for several leading part 145 Repair Stations including Raytheon Aircraft Services and Spirit Aviation.
Richard has successfully completely factory-training for Learjet, King Air, Citation Jet, and Quest Kodiak aircraft. He is a graduated of the N.V.O.C. Aviation program and served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Machinist Mate.
